At Royal Indian Tresses, we are committed to delivering premium-quality, raw single-donor Indian hair extensions with the utmost care and professionalism. All orders undergo a thorough inspection and are processed within 2 to 4 business days prior to shipment. We strongly encourage customers to verify their billing and shipping details before placing an order, as we are unable to modify submitted orders once confirmed.
We offer multiple domestic shipping options to meet your needs. These include:
- USPS Priority Mail (2–5 Business Days) – $9.95
- USPS Express Mail (1–2 Business Days) – $29.95
- UPS Ground (3–7 Business Days) – $14.95
- UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day) – $39.95
We proudly ship to select international destinations via DHL and USPS International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that all international customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Royal Indian Tresses is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, nor for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for misdeliveries or returned packages due to address errors made during checkout. Refunds or reshipments will not be issued for such mistakes.
If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner.
